Valentin Ștefan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Romanian Post since June 2021. Prior to this role, he held the position of deputy CEO for one year. As CEO, he started the reform of the Romanian Post and its deep modernization through historic investments. He has extensive experience in the field of Anti-Fraud investigations, particularly in the prevention of money laundering and digital fraud. During the 10 years spent in the United States of America, he was part of the anti-terrorist monitoring team within the United Nations and part of the development team of a digital anti-fraud department at Morgan Stanley in Washington D.C. Throughout his entire career, Valentin has identified the potential of Romanian companies and continuously stimulated investments in Romania.

Andi Cristea is presently serving as a Member of Parliament in Romania and has an extensive background, including a term as a Member of the European Parliament. He represents Romania in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where he holds dual roles: General Rapporteur on Science and Technology and rapporteur on Immersive Realities Technology. With his expertise in disruptive technologies and international diplomacy, Cristea is Vice-President of the Socialist, Democrats, and Greens Group within the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly. His prior experience includes positions as Director General in both the Romanian Senate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Ioan Mirea is a Psychiatry resident at the Clinical Psychiatry Hospital "Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia" in Bucharest and is currently pursuing a PhD in Analytic Philosophy at the Doctoral School of Philosophy, University of Bucharest. Dr. Mirea is actively engaged in the Medical Humanities group in Romania, where he spearheads workshops and events aimed at medical students. Alexandra Zorila, PhD student at University of Bucharest (Faculty of Philosophy) and member of The Research Center in Applied Ethics (CCEA). Her research interests focus on personal narrative identity in biomedical contexts, with an emphasis on the relation between identity-constituting narratives and agency. She was part of the ENHATEC research team (enhatec.ccea.ro) and she authored/co-authored papers on the effects of bioenhancement technologies on the individual's personal identity, authenticity and perceived agency as well as the integration of these effects into identity-constituting narratives. She also took part in public debates about the dystopic/utopic narratives related to technology and the way they are constructed.

Larisa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Exchange art, making her the first female CEO to lead an on-chain marketplace. Before joining Exchange.art as a founding team member, Larisa served as a technical business analyst at Eurostar, Dentsu Aegis Network, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Son of an American father and Italian mother both in the military, Fidel was born in South Korea, spent his early years in LA, Kansas and Georgia, his elementary years in Germany, and his middle school years in Italy. He finished high school in Kansas, where he later attended college at Kansas State University. In 2001 he moved to NYC to pursue acting, writing and every other form of “the Arts” he could get his hands on. Along with the hunger for all things artistic came the desire to make photography a major part of his life. Although it had been a hobby of his most of his life, in New York it became a true passion. In 2006 he officially made it his profession, and since then he has worked as a freelance photographer for numerous fashion brands, magazines, sports organizations, humanitarian organizations and private clients. In 2014, after completing a photoshoot for a client in Paris, he began feeling the desire to broaden his horizons and look for work outside of the United States. Like many photographers, he had always worked a second job. During his years in New York, this had been Event Coordinating and Restaurant Management. Although he was good at and enjoyed the hospitality field, he was hungry to find work centered around his true passion, photography. In 2015 he was offered a teaching position in Italy. He took it, ready to face new challenges in a different part of the world. Being the son of an Italian citizen, and having spent a number of years in Italy during his youth, he was familiar with its language and customs. For several years he worked as a photography professor for the University Studies Abroad Consortium at I.U.S.V.E. University in Verona, as well as an English professor for the Moodart school of fashion. On occasion he also taught as a substitute for a few of the local high schools. In 2021, in the midst of the Covid pandemic, with schools closing and his workload dropping by about 75%, he entered the NFT space, and found it to be not only a welcome outlet for his photography, but a much needed source of income as well. Unexpectedly, he found a share of success in web3, and has been able to travel, speak at conferences and have his work shown in numerous galleries and exhibitions around the world. As Covid had slowly but surely taken away his positions in teaching, he made web3 his full-time commitment, even taking a position as the Head of Community for PictureThis in 2022. In his free time, he's able to take on freelance jobs for private clients both in Europe and abroad, as well as create his own photography, produce multimedia projects, curate for galleries and other artists in the space, and host his IRL community event, BrunchByFidel.

At just 23, Cosmin has embraced a life driven by insatiable curiosity, propelling him to the forefront of blockchain innovation and creative industries. As the Business Developer at OPEN Ticketing Ecosystem, the world's leading onchain ticketing protocol, he plays a pivotal role in pioneering web3's integration into creative fields.
